We're going to the sale for the first time this year! Hubby is actually going to shop with me! I had a few questions. How is the stuff set out organized and arranged? Is it a total nut house with people pushing and shoving, or more civilized? What is left by the time Sunday comes around? And most importantly, what kind of payment do they take!?

Payment may be made via check, charge (Visa & Mastercard for sure; maybe others) or even cash! There's separate payment tables for cash or charge.
If hubby's going to be going too, then LUCKY YOU!! Double limits!! Might be easier to check out separate though.
When you first come in the warehouse, dolls line the wall on the left. From there, each historical doll has a separate area to purchase clothing & furniture. Bitty baby & the twins have their own area & so does AGOT. Limited edition dolls are in the center along with special extras (AGP) & AGoT doll clothing. Books & minis/HSH/AGoT furniture are in the middle of the building where huge doors divide it. On the other side of the doors are girls clothing, accessories, checkout & the holding area. Very well set up, IMO.
Wheeled carts/strollers/wagons aren't allowed in nor are small children. Wear comfy shoes & bring huge bags with you to carry stuff. Some people bring sturdy trash bags they drag behind them. MCM personnel sometimes walk thru the crowds selling sturdy bags. There are teens with carts who'll help you take stuff to your vehicle after you go get it & drive to the pickup spot in the parking area.
On Sunday, most of the doll clothing is sold out but usually there's plenty of dolls left & some furniture. No tickets needed then, & entrance is first come/first served. Sometimes there's markdowns too.
Good luck getting good tickets & have fun!
